PAYMENT SCHEDULE
WHOLE YACHT: The total of the deposit is 50% of the total charter fee. It the charter is more than 6 months away, than a 25% deposit is required with a further 25% due six months before the charter. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before the charter. In the case of cancellation, all payments are refundable (less agency fees) provided the yacht is fully re-booked for the same period.

STATEROOM: The deposit is $1,000. If the charter is more than 6 months away, then an initial deposit of $500 is required with a further $500 due six months before the charter. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the charter. In case of cancellation, all payments are refundable (less agency fees) provided all the staterooms are sold for the same period. Minimum rate for a stateroom cuise is $4,500 - so if a single is first to book, they committ to a rate of $4,500 until the second stateroom books. At that time a credit will be made back to the usual single rate.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Charters commence at 11:00am at our private slip at Nanny Cay Marina, Tortola, BVI. And end at 10:00am on the last day of the charter back at Nanny Cay Marina .
  • The Minimum age for our Stateroom Charter program is 18 years
  • The Charter is fully refundable if the yacht fails to commence the charter within 36 hours of the start date and time.
  • The yacht shall cruise the waters of the BVI and the Master is responsible for its normal running and safe navigation. The guests shall abide by his judgment as to sailing, weather and other pertinent matters.
  • Should the yacht, during the period of the charter suffer a major breakdown which prevents it from completing the cruise itinerary, the guest will receive a pro-rata refund.
  • The guest(s) agree to be responsible for and to make good any injury to the yacht, her furnishings and equipment caused by himself/herself or by any member of his/her party.
  • Use or possession of illegal drugs, including marijuana, on board the yacht shall result in the immediate termination of the charter for the guest(s) concerned with forfeiture of all monies paid.
  • Neither the owner, its employees or agents accept any responsibility for injuries sustained during water-skiing, ski-bobbing, skurfing, snorkeling, board sailing, spinnaker flying, halyard flying, SCUBA diving, hiking, climbing, or any such other activity. Guests participate in all these activities at their own risk.
  • Any confirmation of the charter by Sail Vacations Ltd. Is subject to the receipt of the required deposit in cleared funds. Submission of this form indicates complete acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
